All items in the ‘Ready to Post’ section of our shop are pre-made in limited quantities. If you only place ‘RTP’ items in your basket, and you place your order before 3pm on a weekday, then we can often dispatch your order on the same day. At the latest, on a monday-friday your order will leave by then end of the following day on a 24 hour, tracked service.
RTP orders placed after Friday 3pm will be posted on Monday.
For other items, we are currently operating on a 7-10 day turnaround for non-personalised items, and a 14 day turnaround for personalised items. We are unable to split packages, so if you would like a ‘Ready to Post’ item to arrive separately then we kindly request that you place multiple orders.
Occasionally, you will see ‘Pre-Order’ listed in the title of an item. For the estimated dispatch date of these items please refer to the product description as it may be longer than 10 days and may hold up other items in your order.
We send all items on a Tracked 24 Royal Mail Service. This is a flat-rate service, charged at £6.50 per order. U.K. postage is free over £50. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order is dispatched.
We are able to ship worldwide, and international delivery rates are calculated at checkout.
Please note that our prices do not include potential import taxes or customs duties. As the buyer, you are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by your country's customs regulations. These charges are not within our control and can vary widely from country to country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order. Of course! We are always happy to send orders direct to the recipient. To make a gift extra-special, you can opt for a gift box on many items, or add one here, where you can also choose to add a gift note.
We do not include order notes or financial information with gift orders.
